OPTIMISING DIGITAL ENGAGEMENT AND COMMUNICATIONS
PenBev wanted to vastly improve their digital engagement and communications as well as increasing awareness of their brands and product services amongst their partner stakeholders as well as directly with the public. They also wanted a platform solution that they could take ownership of and manage independently.
My role & the team
WORKING CLOSELY WITH STAKEHOLDERS
As lead designer at Bluegrass, my role was oversee all design aspects of the business, present to stakeholders and clients, manage any junior team members and work closely with the engineering team on various web and mobile app projects. For the Coca Cola Peninsula Beverages account, I managed the design process with the wider team from the initial pitch to the final development deliverables.
LEVERAGING QUALITATIVE AND QUANTITATIVE INSIGHTS
To set a base level of interaction and understand more about their requirements, I undertook basic user research, completed a UX audit and re-structured their site-map to improve SEO and user journey flows. I produced interactive wireframing prototyping of the flow of potential user journeys incorporating the new sitemap. I created new brand guidelines and produced the creative design for the desktop, tablet and mobile templates to be integrated with an Umbraco CMS platform.
